
OFF-PISTE GUIDING COURSES
We are a team of experienced and top qualified ski coaches here to help you to devlop your skiing in a fun and challenging environment. Our courses are aimed at beginner to intermediate off piste skiers who are looking to improve their off- piste skiing technique, build confidence and challenge themselves.
THE COURSES
RESORT CLASSICS
Discover some of Verbier’s off-piste slopes whilst having fun and being challenged by a new environment.
- Slopes: Gentle to intermediate slopes (not greater than 30 degree) for learning technique and developing confidence.
- Runs: Not greater than 30 degree – eg Mini Tortin, Col de Mines, Mouche, Lac de Vaux ridge.
- Level: Suitable from beginner to intermediate off piste skiers
BACKCOUNTRY TOURS
These tours are designed for the experienced mountain lovers who want to go beyond the resorts limits to areas such as Stairway and the backside of Mt Fort. For these adventures which go outside of the ski area we will recommend a qualified mountain guide such as John to take you into the wilderness to seek out the best powder skiing conditions available.
These tours are available from one to three days, where you will experience the thrill of the best powder skiing, which includes staying overnight in mountain refuges. All trips are subject to conditions and touring ability.
HELI-SKIING
By taking a helicopter, this is the ultimate Freeride powder skiing experience. Verbier is a top heli-skiing destination which boasts of many impressive descents including Petit Combin, Rosablanche, Trient Glacier and Pigne d’Arolla. This is a powder skiers dream!
Heli-skiing is available for skiers that are comfortable skiing off-piste. Your guide will choose the best descents for your abilities.
